Redfin Corporation, et al., Case No. 2:25-cv-00883-JHC, on behalf of a class (“Class”) of individuals and entities holding the common stock of Redfin Corporation (NASDAQ: RDFN) (“Redfin”) as of the close of business on April 22, 2025 (“Class Period”), asserting claims under Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, in connection with the proposed merger of Redfin with Rocket Companies, Inc.
