Donell as Partition Referee in the case of Alvarez v. Gonzalez, Case No. 23CMCV01207. The case involves the real property located at 475 North Harris Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90221 (the “Property”).

Mr. Donell was appointed as Referee to enter upon the Property; to inspect the Property; to advance moneys to repair the Property for sale and to enter into an exclusive listing agreement with a duly licensed realtor in the State of California for the sale of the Property. Partition Actions allow for the division or sale of jointly owned property when co-owners cannot agree on a path forward.
