Berman Tabacco Announces Investigation of Fluence Energy, Inc. (FLNC)

/EIN News/ -- BOSTON, Feb. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Berman Tabacco announces that it is investigating potential securities law violations by Fluence Energy, Inc. (“Fluence” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: FLNC), a provider of energy storage products and services.

About the Investigation

On February 22, 2024, Blue Orca Capital issued a report that it was “short Fluence.”   Shares fell $2.28 per share, or 13%.   On February 10, 2025, Bloomberg reported that Fluence “shares plunge 41% postmarket after the renewable energy equipment maker cut its total revenue guidance for the full year to a level below Wall Street estimates,” and that “[t]otal revenues also missed analyst expectations and the company reported a larger than expected loss in the first quarter.”
